Big hype, little substance
While the location is appealing, with a short walk to the beach and old town, the experience felt lacking. The rooftop pool was more of a dipping pool, and the breakfast, though served on a lovely terrace, left a lot to be desired. Clean and comfortable, yet issues with noise dampened the overall ambiance.

A rooftop breakfast delight
Woke up to a delightful breakfast spread each morning, featuring fresh pastries and variety. The sunset views from the rooftop pool were a stunning highlight of our stay.
Finding parking nearby was a significant challenge, and we faced issues with the air conditioning not cooling effectively, making some nights rather uncomfortable.

the rooftop pool was amazin and perfect for chillin out. breakfast was super plentiful and delicious, lots of options. rooms were spacious and really comfy, just what we needed. the location was great, a short walk to the beach and the historic center. the staff were friendly and super helpful, made us feel welcome.
but the parking situation was a hassle and the air conditioning didn't cool down properly, made it kinda uncomfy at night.

Had a lovely time with a breathtaking room featuring amazing sea views and a fantastic breakfast each morning that exceeded my expectations! be aware that the rooftop pool is much shallower than the pictures suggest.

rooftop pool, proximity to historic center, large beach towels
Uncomfortable air conditioning that barely cools!!! Limited keycards lead to hot room temperatures upon return!!! Inconvenient jacuzzi baths that overflood due to poor design and lack of an actual shower!!!

Just a commendable fit for a temporary stay in Monopoli with outstanding value. Breakfast on the terrace with fresh pastries was a nice touch. Try to request a room away from the main area for less noise.

The location is appealing with a quick walk to the historic part of town and views of Porto Rosso beach. The rooms, such as the King Room with Sea View, featured unique amenities like a two-person spa.
Unfortunately, the stay had some drawbacks. The parking situation was a nightmare, with no designated space and street parking being a frustrating challenge. The lack of a proper shower setup in some rooms resulted in messy experiences with jacuzzi-style baths that were unstable and not well designed for actual use. Noise from a nearby building made it hard to relax, especially during the early mornings. a loud group of guests overshadowed the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. To top it off, billing issues surfaced with unexpected charges related to the mini bar, which were particularly frustrating.

I stayed in the King Room with Sea View for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked a proper shower, which was kind of a letdown. The jacuzzi bath was nice, but water ended up everywhere. The rooftop terrace had beautiful sunbeds, and breakfast up there was a highlight with tasty pastries. The location was decent, just a bit of a walk to the town, but the beach was right across the road, which was great!

The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and featured a private balcony with ocean views. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace each morning was a delightful experience, with fresh pastries and attentive staff. Unfortunately, the ambiance was disrupted by unexpected noise from children playing in the pool, which contradicted the 'adults only' atmosphere. I faced a frustrating billing issue regarding a massage, affecting my overall experience.
